FOR PRODUCT RETURNS, THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY

1. Return Period: You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of purchase. During this period, you can decide whether the product meets your expectations.

2. Return Condition Returned products must be in their original packaging and in excellent condition, without any signs of use or damage. Our company reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet these criteria.

3. Product Exchange / Money Refund In case you wish to exchange or return a product and it meets the requirements, this can be done by mutual agreement within 14 calendar days, while the cost of transportation is your responsibility. Money refund can only be received through the original payment method.

4. Return Procedure You can contact our customer service at 210-5200010 (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00) to initiate the return process, or via email at customersupport@fujia.gr with the subject "RETURN" «ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗ».
