How can I return a product/products?

General terms of return

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt, with a refund to the eshop.

The product for return must be in the condition it was received, meaning it should be complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all labels, necessary documents, etc., and under no circumstances should it have been used.

The product for return must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or exchange card).

There are free shipping over a purchase amount?

Fujia.gr does not offer free shipping!

Orders are shipped daily (Monday – Friday). Packages sent via Courier typically arrive at the recipient in 1 business day for Athens, 1-2 business days for mainland Greece, 1-3 days for island areas, and in some cases of smaller or remote islands/regions, 1-4 days. (The delivery time is indicative, referring to business days from the date of departure from Athens and may vary depending on conditions). Deliveries by the courier are made every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

In any case, we are not responsible for any delays that are not due to us. If you have placed an order and are awaiting a package, and if you have not received it within 4-5 business days, please contact us.
