Shipping methods
Our company collaborates with the company Center which is responsible for dispatching and delivering your order to your location. The courier company will contact you if deemed necessary to schedule a specific appointment for the exact delivery time in case they are unable to locate you.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day, provided that there is stock in the warehouse. Otherwise, we will contact you either by phone or email to inform you when your product will be available.

General terms of return
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt, with a refund to the eshop.
The product for return must be in the condition it was received, meaning it should be complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all labels, necessary documents, etc., and under no circumstances should it have been used.
The product for return must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or exchange card).
The returned products will be at the recipient's expense. In case of a return, it is essential to notify us by email at info@fujia.gr.
To avoid inconvenience on your part, we recommend carefully checking the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging and labels at the time of delivery to identify any visible defects.
The returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Ensure they are packaged correctly and cannot be damaged during their transit.
Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Returns received outside our policy terms will not be accepted.

How do I return the product to the eshop at www.fujia.gr
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at the email info@fujia.gr or by phone 210 5200010 mentioning your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for their return.
Place the product or products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. Return the package using a carrier of your choice and at your own expense. We recommend using a courier service to avoid the risk of theft, damage, or loss of your package. The items for return are your responsibility until they reach us therefore, please ensure they are packaged correctly and sent to the correct address.
Fujia.gr does not offer free shipping!
Orders are shipped daily (Monday – Friday). Packages sent via Courier typically arrive at the recipient in 1 business day for Athens, 1-2 business days for mainland Greece, 1-3 days for island areas, and in some cases of smaller or remote islands/regions, 1-4 days. (The delivery time is indicative, referring to business days from the date of departure from Athens and may vary depending on conditions). Deliveries by the courier are made every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
In any case, we are not responsible for any delays that are not due to us. If you have placed an order and are awaiting a package, and if you have not received it within 4-5 business days, please contact us.
